Iran’s Newly Inaugurated President Should Be Held To Account For Crimes Against Humanity
The Iranian people have dubbed Ebrahim Raisi as the "Butcher of Tehran." On Thursday, the Iranian regime formally inaugurated a notorious human rights violator as its newest president. Less than two years before taking office, while serving as judiciary chief, Ebrahim Raisi oversaw aspects of a crackdown on nationwide protests which killed at least 1,500 people and saw thousands of others arrested and subjected to torture. Yet this pales in comparison to the massacre of political prisoners that Raisi played a leading role in during the summer of 1988. LINK

British special forces on hunt for drone killers
UK special forces were in Yemen last night to hunt down terrorists behind the drone attack which killed a British security guard on a tanker in the Gulf.

Iran increases executions in July 2021
The number of executions has increased after the presidential elections of June 18.
Iran's authorities executed at least 48 people in July bringing the total number of executions since the beginning of 2021 to 192. LINK
Man killed by military forces in NW Iran during protest gathering
A man was killed in Naqadeh northwestern Iran after military forces opened fire in a protest gathering yesterday. Fardin Ebrahimi, a 31-year-old political activist, was the father of a three-year-old girl. LINK
