Iran-backed Hezbollah was behind the assassination of former Lebanese PM Rafik al-Hariri based on a “shared Syrian-Iranian decision,” says Syrian opposition figure Firas Tlass. A UN backed tribunal in December convicted a Hezbollah member of conspiring to kill al-Hariri, however Hezbollah has denied any links to the attack. LINK
