Two workers, one retired teacher arrested in peaceful Tehran protests for higher wages
Three Iranians were detained by security forces in gatherings by pensioners, teachers, and workers outside the Ministry of Labor today in Tehran. Since December 2020, pensioners have held several organized nationwide gatherings on a weekly basis. Previous protests were held on January 26, January 10, January 3 and February 14.

Saudi Arabia confirms drone attack on Aramco’s Ras Tanura port
Saudi Arabia has confirmed one of its oil storage yards at the Ras Tanura port was attacked earlier in the day, according to a statement from a source at the Kingdom’s Energy Ministry.
A drone that was used to attack a petroleum tank farm at Ras Tanura port was launched from the sea, according to the official statement, while shrapnel from a ballistic missile fell near Aramco's residential area in Dhahran. LINK
Arab Coalition intercepts, downs eight Houthi drones launched in span of few hours
The Arab Coalition intercepted and destroyed a total of eight drones launched by the Iran-backed Houthi militia that were targeting civilians, the coalition’s spokesperson Colonel Turki al-Maliki said on Sunday. LINK
Iran says US approved release of $3 billion of Iran’s funds in Iraq, Oman and South Korea
The United States has agreed to the release of $3 billion in Iranian funds that have been frozen in Iraq, Oman and South Korea due to Washington’s sanctions, Iranian trade official Hamid Hosseini told the semi-official Fars news agency on Sunday.
If true this is a significant sign of appeasement from Washington to Tehran and will only embolden the regime to demand more and engage on more malign activities. LINK
U.S. will do what's necessary to defend itself after attack in Iraq, Austin says
“We’ll strike, if that’s what we think we need to do, at a time and place of our own choosing," said U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin.
